Awesome.
I disagree with a few things, though. Mass driver hardest light weapon to use? Noooope, it's just not a primary "slayer" weapon, it's a suppression tool best used after rifles/HMGs have done most of the work, clearing out corners. Also, all of the pistols are finishers- the SMG and Magsec are both much, much better primary weapons than the SCP or IP. It's... very misleading, to tell a newb that they should be able to run around with just an Ion pistol, or even a scrambler pistol (unless they already have great gun game). That's not going to be fun. Also, needs to mention that the bolt pistol, like the magsec, requires a charge time.

Nice. The only problem I have with it is that the statement next to the minmatar scout is misleading. I think our melee damage is about 140, and we no longer get a melee bonus.
Many new people confuse using myofibrils to increase NK damage, which is incorrect (though it does increase the melee, though it really isn't used on a scout, even a minja.) Thats what the NK bonus and side arm damage mods are for.
I am just being nit-picky though, so feel free to just ignore me.
