Why there needs to be a delay before you can shoot. However this scrublet wants to keep his toy cause its the only way he gets kills with his brick scout.

I run precision mods, kincats, and range amplifiers on my scout It seems like your upset because you have to have some sort of situational awarness now I can defiently tell your upset and its quite amusing to see players who cant adapt to the evolving state of dust Adapt or die Ive ran scout long before this so dont even bother with any sort of FotM talk.
No, just sad to see you defend a broken mechanic cause its the only way you can get kills. My situational awareness has nothing to do with the fact you can dump a shotgun magazine before you finish decloaking. Scrub.

There's nothing OP about the cloak. You just need to adapt and be more aware of your surroundings.
Nothing to do with the fact they can unload a shotgun cloaked.

It's the fact that they're bricktanked, taking out my 200hp Ewar scout(which passively scans past their cheapass cloak) is being killed by the person i just found. It goes like this: Cr/Nk scout with a precision mod on, find scout who's sneak sneaking about- release fire on scout, he jumps to te nearest blue thing(wall, streetpost, nanohive, yadda yadda) and stands still. The moment i look 5 degrees off he lunges(albeit slowly) after his shields regen and 1hko's me. That's not skill. That's relying on bad mechanics/brick tanks to kill everything in sight.
