In honesty that's the only problem with cloak.
CCP said we will allow you to shoot while cloaked, but a single round will use ALL your charge.
We said we would rather them not fire from the cloak AT ALL
CCP said as soon you change from cloak you will decloak
We said great (thinking by the time you pulled out the shotgun, you would be fully uncloaked)
CCP gives us this.
It's not lag, it is repeatable, all you do is use your quick switch to change to your primary, you get about 3 secs before you decloak to shoot the living **** out of that guy infront of you.
Soultions:
1) Decloak faster, decloak louder, by the time the cortex is put away you should be fully uncloaked. Simple
2) Weapons take longer to switch to while cloaked, so you change to fthe shotgu n with your quick switch the shotgun won't be up until you finish decloaking.
3) Weapons fired before the cloak is fully uncloaked will expend its energy, that way you have a small window to shoot while invisible, but doing so results in you not being able to cloak for a very long time.
Pick One CCP easy peasy.

All we want is that cloak works the way CCP told us it would.
That you aren't cloaked when you fire rounds, other than that their is little quible.
The fact you still go on like absolutely nothing wrong reaches near Spkr levels of arrogance.

These are just little trolling quips made to poke fun, don't take them too seriously, making assumptions of my character and even worse comparing me to spkr is uncalled for. Also, complain about what, you lost me... TLDR: it's just a joke, calm yo ****.
