Everyone can see scouts who are cloaked and moving, sometimes while standing still as well. If you cant mabey its time to upgrade to a tv bigger than 5 inchs And yes, ive turned around and shot scouts who tried to sneak up on my its not that hard to do If a scout can "Empty his whole mag" before decloaking then your connections failing. Mabey dial up internet and using your cell phone as a mobile hotspot isnt the best idea XD
So now it's everyone else's inferior equipment anything but your crutch. Maybe just maybe your making too many excuses rather then seeing the obvious.

Now where did I say I had inferior equipment? All I did was point out yet another excuse you used to defend cloaks allowing you to fire before uncloaked.

Never said you couldn't... My beef is being able to fire before being de-cloaked. Seeing as I am not the only one seeing it, or able to do it that means it's not lag or my TV. CCP said you wouldn't be able to fire while cloaked so it's a fair complaint, even if it's due to the crappy animation, invisible is invisible.
