So I am going to let you guys decide what I skill into because I am sick and tired of trying to decide for myself.
A couple things first:
I refuse to use Heavy/Sentinel, Commando is fine.
No sniping, that's boring.
No vehicles, I am sick of them.
I will not use anything overpowered/overused.
I enjoy gimmick a lot, but I will not use something that is near unusable.
So, you decide. I will let the comments build up and then use a random number generator to decide which fit to use. The person who submits the chosen fit receives 7 million isk.
Submit Away!
I haven't gone through all the messages yet, so I'm sure this has already been said, but go with a scout. Minmatar (has no real chance of ever being nerfed due to being UP compared to other scouts) Getting your Nova Knives maxed out and perhaps an SMG or Combat Rifle, as well as Kinetic Catalyzers. It will take awhile, you'll need a few million SP before the fit comes together, but this is probably one of the most entertaining suits to play. You're not that strong, but you're extremely fast and can easily flank around enemies. If you want to add RE's or a basic cloak, you become even more deadly, though seeing as you don't want anything overused/OP, the cloak might not be for you... not sure what your views are on it, and the community seems to be divided on it as well.
As with everyone else though, I'd recommend not deleting your characters. Make separate PSN accounts so you can get passive SP and test things out. You don't even have to play your main, just make them and while you decide, let the passive SP build up.
I could get some advanced fits for you if you'd like, though most won't work until you've got certain core skills maxed anyways. This would definitely take awhile to get it to where you wanted, so if your patience isn't that good, going minmatar scout probably isn't a good idea and you should ignore all this.
Nova Knives are OP! Nerf em before you lose all your proto suits!

Well, I guess a second suggestion is in order, similar to the first and less SP intensive. Minmatar assault. They're similar in speed to the scouts, but you don't need to dump as many skill points in them to get them up to reasonable levels. Or even the basic frame if you really want to get things quickly. I had one before with 400 shielding and about 200 armor (was an advanced frame) that worked like a dream in most situations. A kinetic catalyzer plus an SMG and Combat Rifle is extremely fun, and unlike most of the scout suits, you've got the health to make a mistake and the speed to ensure your mistake can be fixed. They're not as flexible as the scout though, but a basic frame with complex shield extenders and kincats are definitely viable if your gun game is decent. They will get slaughtered by scrambler rifles and pistols though, so just a word of warning before going towards anything that's a heavy shield tanker like the minmatar suits.
