They are not invisible, just camouflaged. No, virtually invisible. No reason they should be able to shoot while the animation for uncloaking hasnt finished yet, cloak up and run off. Especially on a logi suit.

Nope, cloaks arnt that useful against skilled players
Their only good against bad, unaware players who cant solo rambo objectives anymore. |
