The AV grenade is just because I think its funny to watch you run away before you blow up.

I prefer flux over AV. The remotes aren't as effective if the tanks shields are still up and AV grenades blow against shields. For me, the best strategy has been to place 3 RE's on the back of the tank and then toss 2 fluxes. This will usually drop the shields enough to take out any tank when you detonate the RE's.

I can wait. No one alerts over one AV grenade, and if they do, I probably can hit the killbutton before the hardeners activate.

My anti-infantry blaster tank is running triple shield hardeners, so I basically perma harden every time i'm not moving around. Also, I listen for the beep of your RE's.

So forgive me for saying so, but I laugh at your remote explosives.
