Bring its RoF back.
But since you insist on it having a low DPS, nerf the Damage.
I'm getting real tired of pulling the trigger and nothing happening.
I would rather do 43% less damage than have 43% less RoF.

I use it and i like it, it just needs more skill to use.

No you wouldn't. Switch to Ion Pistol to find out if that's what you REALLY want. |

Ion pistol is too slow as well.
And with an ScP, I could headshot to increase the damage.

Headshots are exactly why they should NOT decrease damage.
unless they've nerfed the headshot bonus. in which case.. ScP is officially dead, move on.

I remade my Pistolero fit just today and ohmigod is the RoF horrible. The pistols were never FOTM or OP or overused and you just had to dip your sticky fingers in them also, CCP?

A guy was in my squad today complaining about the ROF nerf.
While he was taking out proto suits.
Seriously the scrambler pistol remains the mose powerful sidearm, I don't say this often but: HTFU.
