Well after playing, I still haven't adapted and now want a hotfix for balance and bugs. I don't really see a problem with heavies right now expect for redline forgers. We just need to define mediums and lower the slots of Sentinels.

The thing i have to say is....
Heavies should have an advantage in close quarters but they should not be unbeatable in close quarters other suit should at least have a chance which i dont feel i have at this point. If i see 1 heavy defending a point it is almost impossible to kill at times,

I can see a nerf being necessary. But -20% HP? That's taking a chainsaw to the patient when he needs a scalpel.
FFS, 10% would do it, or removing the explosive bonus would do it as well. Why must everything be buffed or nerfed beyond all reason? Can't we do **** in increments, like, you know, rationally?

I kill heavies easily in this build, pro cal scout shotgunner... I was a heavy for the last year but am now a scout this should say something... I personally feel bad for heavies, actually all non scouts.

I want heavies nerfed because my scrambler pistol is nearly worthless now, and I am spiteful.
If this game was fun, I wouldn't be playing it.

Meh, I played them when they were crap and many of the damage changes should help. If they were going to nerf anything removing the weird residences would have been nice.

I want to stand with you heavies and I will but now some see what HAV users feel like .
We all need to stop asking for other players roles to be nerfed because that's killing this game .
I wrote that there would be heavy QQing and here it is , I believe that CCP is doing what they are doing because they do not want an over saturation of heavies but if the other roles were more defined then this would not be a problem .
Logi's useless ... nerfing the Caldari logi from fear of being a slayer ... priceless .
Assault .... no need to even address that . Now there is a role that's been in need for sometime now and the old bonuses or the previous Logi bonuses ... or maybe a mixture of both would have solved that problem .
Scouts are now the new assaults ... guess you didn't see that coming huh CCP ???
Prob should have given the Assaults two equipment slots and the depleted shield rates ???
No knock on the CPM's but ... what advice are you giving the DEV's and how are you fighting for the betterment of this game and the community ???
Is it me or does it seem like the CPU has been slashed from some of the suits , basic light and heavy Caldari can barely fit enough to survive . Basic items for a basic suit and that's suppose to survive ????
The more I play the more I notice the differences . Spawning in game with shield and armor decreased , what is that about ???
Changing fits and experiencing the same thing , shields and armor decreased and it takes a while to get to full .
There are far more pressing issues than changing the Heavies and making them useless when they are suppose to be the true enforcers of this game ... guess it's a peek into what you are about to do to tanks huh ..??.. seeing as how heavies are SUPPOSE to be walking tanks and it should take more than one person to take one down , unless it's another heavy .
I know you can't believe it CCP but I'm sure you won't and don't worry about your numbers falling seeing as how now people have all this " new eye candy " to play with but you might get a surprise if you keep playing with people's emotions .
There might just be a vacation on the horizon for a lot of players seeing as how there are a lot of new games coming out really soon .
But like the infantry refund ... your not worried and you just don't care . Dust 514 is GOLD and it's so addictive that people can't put it down .... so you think .
Maybe it's like one of those jobs with a high turnover rate that doesn't care about it's employees because they can just grab anyone off the street to fill in the roles of those who leave , so it's no problem .
Guess we will see .
Leave all negative comments about tanks in the bin marked " TRASH " and we'll get to it as soon as possible . Thank You

I say leave them alone. This community has far too many QQ'ers. Sure a heavy with 1,700+ EHP is absolutely ridiculous but is also absolutely killable.
Dear kiddos, this isn't your average CoD/BF FPS game where everyone runs around with the same EHP and same weapons twitch shooting at each other. |
