Ummm.... How is killing faster useless? Think about it, why fire three times quickly, when you can kill in one or two shots?

My RR has the SLOWEST ROF of the Rifles, and the longest reload. Not complaining. I three shot heavies, even Armor ones, with my Mili SG, as well.

Yea but im complaining that the skill was changed. What if your rr profe tommorow was 3% less kick on rr. You didnt spec into it for that you wanted damage. The skill was changed completely and if i had known id never spec into it 5 months ago
Actually, I'd adapt. I like my RR. I didn't spec into Prof for the damage, I specced prof so I can use Officer variants when they came out.

Oh, I see. Let me see if I can say this in a better way. Skills will be changed a lot. I used Scanners. I stopped because I knew about the upcoming nerf, but still, I used them. I don't have the SP's from that back, either. Or my AR's. They were changed more than once. I want THOSE points back, too. But, again, I don't. So.... Any other comments?
