Yes, thank you. I'm using this thread to get a grasp on it. I shouldn't have to, but yeah, I can use colours, figure out the designs, go online and figure out which corp goes with each race, write it all down and then keep a notebook with my PS3.

I play on the PS3 as mentioned. It is my only source of lore. Of which there is... little to none.

So far with the update, I can ditch the shotgun's racial bonus (my primary weapon well over a year) and play with the SMG and CR for suit bonus's... I think??? Minmatar for two weapon or Gellente for one.

Eve may be famous for its unfriendly nature, but that doesn't translate well to a F2P FPS on a console. Eve pilots can study the lore on their PC, but DUST players can't do the same on their console. And lol on the MMO aspect. It will be another year before any of us will be playing an MMORPGFPS.

These should be overlayed in the bottom corner of the weapon's icon and in other places (like the get info screen). EVE has these for resistance types, and DUST should do something similar. It would take less than a day to come up with a small icon set (especially if they stole some from EVE). Now I know it's not hard to look this stuff up on the web, but it's a usability thing. It makes it easier for new players to jump in and understand what does what without sifting through walls of text. Best PvE idea ever!
