yep, minmatar scout is JUUUUUUUST fine.
Impossible to have good shields, and run knives , complex cardiac an kins, the new knife suit is amar, 10 . 33 sprint 700+ stamina, all slots filled and more HP who cares about the 25% damage if your too weak to get to the target, I'd rather stab then shoot if I have to

Also, total stamina means nothing, stamina recovery is SO MUCH MORE important. Anyway: For getting 10.33 m/sec with high stamina and regen: Amarr scout : 3 kincats, 1 cardiac reg Minmatar scout : 2 kincats 1 cardiac regulator Total CPU PG used Amarr 93 CPU 53 PG Minmatar 66 CPU 38PG Total CPU/PG and slots left after ****** manuver (oh I mean your fitting) Amarr 335/39 2 slots left Minmatar 395/43 3 slots left So now the minmatar goes the same speed, recovers stamina WAY FASTER, has WAY more CPU and PG left, and has an extra slot, oh and does +25% more nova knife damage and +30% hacking speed. Please just stop posting. You are in effect making the entire forum dumber as you progress.
Listen cupcake , do you have both suits? I have all 4 at proto all my skills maxed, 42 mill sp beta vet, so are you a scout and have been in every build like I have? Probably not , forget this math crap u got going on the minmatar will not be what you think it can, you CANNOT FIT
3x comp shields, comp cloak, 2x comp kin cats a complex reg proto knives a good gun a adv grenade an a compact hive, it's not bloody happening !
So act as arrogant and ignorant as you want but there's no way the min even compares to the Amar and even if the regen is slightly faster the suits a 1000 times weaker, and your gonna leave a low for a damp which has 0 pg or a ph upgrade of you power stack the suit which means YOUR SLOWER! And IF you manage to get the two kins and a reg a proto cloak or even adv an proto knives THE REST OF YOUR SUIT IS CRAP OR EMPTY!
I gotta proto fit this just to make you eat these stupid words you feel are so clever.
And just because of all this debating with you I got the proto and I love it thank you!

plus, the advantage the min scout has is it's ridiculously fast stamina recovery. with that, you hardly ever have to worry about running out of stamina.
what fit are you trying to run?
omg its a argument of comparison with magnus, same hp, weapons, speed, i say the min sucks needs more pg, and i think the amar is mbetter in everyway, he thinks amar needs a buff and minmatar is better, i made these fits to show him how ignorand he is, if you can make the sam hp, cloak, strength in weapons all for a 20 diff in stamina regen go for it anybody, .
and yea valor thanks but the goal is to prove other than the 25 % damage and 20 recovery of stamina the amar is better
