Uh... having EVEN MORE PG while having too much CPU already would mean that the minmatar scout should loose a low slot. (Hey you minmitards always say that is why the amarr assault has -1 slot.)
Anyway, the real complaint here is the CPU/PG requirements of shield extenders. Also, yes, the caldari should have the most CPU, just like the amarr should have the most PG. Sucks when CCP ignores 10 years of cannon doesn't it?
While there is no better place to be wealthy than the Gallente Federation, there is no hell worse for the poor either.

My KDR today was 5.17 and now its bumped to 5.21....You bet your sweet ass I was Nom Nomming at Mediums, Heavies and oh yes.....Tourist Scouts. Thank you for padding my KDR all you other guys that mocked us, now IT's OUR turn to **** up your stats. Oh and another thing too for you Tourist Scouts, if I see you and don't recognize your name I will purposely hunt you and **** up your Stats.
It is crap. You should have gone gallente scout, there is nothing the gallente scout doesn't do better than the amarr scout dumbass.

I recall many people once saying that there was nothing that a scout could do that a logi or assault couldn't do better.
While you may think this is a retort, it is indeed not.
This is deflection, a tactic used by some to try to draw attention away from an argument.

I still won't be able to see other scouts like the Caldari scout can but that doesn't matter to me. Again, the major factor in why I chose the Amarr Scout over the Minmatar is the PG. It's just not helping especially after experimenting with it in www.protofits.com. Despite the fact that the Minmatar is great when it comes to being able to fully regenerate the fastest, what practical fitting exists that takes full advantage of the available high, low, equipment, light, sidearm, and grenade slots while still being able to fit within the PG limits? The more I look at the Minmatar Scout, the more I see that it's an either/or dropsuit. Again, that PG. If there was more PG added then I would've stuck with the Minmatar Scout, but that's not what happened. PS: When I say practical, I mean reasonable like fitting mostly complex in a proto suit and mostly enhanced in an advanced suit. It's not reasonable if I have to fit mostly enhanced stuff on a proto suit. That's like fitting tech 1 modules on a marauder ship in Eve Online.
Then the issue you have is in the disparity between low-slots and high slots.
The minmatar can do ALMOST any job the amarr can do better than the amarr suit, and of course it completely, hopelessly, entirely outclasses it in other roles.
The amarr scout can do ONE thing better than the minmatar, eHP. Yep... that is it folks.
EDIT: show me these fits that the amarr does oh so much better due to having slightly more PG and way less CPU.

Hey hey hey now, the person wearing the amarr scout suit (might be me) is doing themselves hard already, no reason to team kill them as well.
