Discussing balance and presenting a well supported and rationalised statement to CPM/CCP would do much better for balance. Oh I am long since past that lol. Tanks have only really been a threat for the last 3 months....and its taken you this long to skill into them....and use them...and you think you can speak for balance regarding them? It's like me claiming I'm a top tier scout for having Ak0 for a day. I never claimed to speak for balance regarding them (at least right now, not speaking of the past, when I actually cared) I claimed to be farming pubs with my win mobile, inducing rage and rubbing my increased ISK payouts in their faces What makes it better is that I'm 100% solo and play with the sound off while I blare bad music. Does it increase the effectiveness of the asset in some way? If so, then yes. If not, then no. Killing a Baloch with my blaster nets me 340 WP if it only has a single occupant. That is more than I will typically get with any kind of AV, and in a much shorter span of time. It was a buff, maybe not to combat effectiveness, but to ISK and WP efficiency.
