Agree with OP. We have every right to act like selfish pricks and assume our complaining will suddenly make CCP work faster, or we can step back off our podium, give the spotlight a rest and let CCP fix things at exactly the same rate, saving the world's keyboards needless warrioring.
That effort could be directed to more productive (?) discussions, such as wondering why after all the bullshit about TTK being too short, why there is a sudden hotfix for a 20% decrease in heavy frame HP.
Oh, hindsight is always crystal-*******-clear, isn't it.

I made the assumption the heavy HP hotfix was due to player feedback but apparently the issue was discovered through internal testing.
Under that assumption, I was pointing at the irony that after many in the community have been constantly begging for a higher TTK, we are now letting heavies take this HP reduction. The point being we as players providing feedback and spamming threads for what we think we want usually ends up as not what we wanted at all.
That is not contradicting my first point, which is to stop complaining at CCP, BECAUSE we don't see the full picture, ever.
However, if I am mistaken and CCP have gone ahead with this heavy HP nerf of their own volition, then yes my point is invalid.
