why?
cuz we almost only see this scout in the battlefield...if all the scout we're balanced we see all of them.
he can easily hide itself with only 1 complexe dampener and you put 2 complex pricision on him
I got to put like 2 complex pricision or 3 sometimes with the caldari to see them even with the bonus wtf!!
I see full squad of the cafe speed, and what they all running? gallente scout
the scout balance is broken!

Caldari are supposed to find scouts.
Gallente are supposed to deny Caldari the ability to scan them.
Working as intended believe it or not.
In short:
Min/Amarr > Caldari > Gallente > Min/Amarr
Because the Min/Amarr can't scan the gallente, but he can't either, which puts them on slightly equal ground.
Cal scout is used to seeing everything around it, so a Gal Scout should have no trouble sneaking up on it.
Nothing says "F**K YOU!" like a direct Flaylock to the face.

Seeing more Cal scouts and Mini scouts so far today.
Anyone seen any Amarr ones yet because I haven't
spotted any.

Or you can just stack the lows of the galante scout with basic plates, the highs with shield extenders, throw on a cloak with a shotgun and you have a suite with more HP that most Assault suits that can cloak and is faster. |

I've seen a proto one.
They're the cheapest ones out at the moment in terms of SP. |

Or you slap 4 extenders on the calscout with some plates and have speed, regen and tank  .
Tanked armor scout arent much of a problem you could do this before and I never found them to be a problem. But I guess any excuse is good for those who die on the battlefield. |

but the module should be equal at last, the precision complexe is 20% and the dampener is 25% maybe it needed to be equal
well i'm just gonna build a caldari scout/assaut with full HP then since my i can't scan them anyway

exept now they can cloak with a shotgun thats been buffed. |

Shotguns were buffed?
I'm pretty sure they were nerfed due to the proficiency changes.

They do more damage per shot (if you have proficiency)
- They just cant fire as fast
For some it might be a buff, others see it as a nerf
