CCP, really calling the cloak a invisibility cloak is a insult. your OBVIOUS with any movement at all, unless your opponent is blind its useless. tried it and thought I was invisible then got insta-killed like I did pre-1.8. then I play a dom and scouts think that their invis and then I knife them or shoot them to death.
what I'm requesting is that the cloak makes you invis, not just a active profile damp. and remove the red reticule, if your
foes see that they'll shoot... unless their blind.

nope in my experience cloaked and fighting cloaked it doesn't work, sure your full invis while still but the red reticule

really, your trying to say cloaks are fine because when people sprint they don't get the reticule.
the other problem is ANY movement while cloaked and your obvious, and I'm not the only one who says that (at least in my corp) I mean really, a solid line every few pixles?

If everyone could use cloaking with the same efficiency then it would be fair.
Unless scouts lose the ability to equip shotguns in exchange this would be game breakingly OP.
oh, so your saying scouts are OP cause they are the only ones that can easily fit cloaks.
thing is though scouts are only OP if you turn it into an assault (armor plates and shield extenders) i'd be fine if they made it hard to fit HP mods.
tell me, how are non-assault scouts OP and no armor plates.
