800+ eHP
Sprints at 7.23
Dodges advanced scans
Scans everyone around it within ~40m (Exceptions are damped scouts)
50 shield regen a second
3 second dealy, 5.24s depleted (Much better than the Assault)
2 Equipment (If you can fit it)

CON'S:
It makes small children cry
Apart from that, nothing really. It can be scanned by a Cal scout that uses precision, or by a Gal Logi, but who cares? You're an assault, not a scout. You are probably used to being scanned.

The Amarr scouts are actually better light infantry lol
They are more dangerous than the Cal Scout.

Unless you have a Proto Damped scout, you will NEVER sneak up on them. They can also tank a full Ion Charge, which made me mad I love the Ion so far, but the seize gets me killed all the time after they tank the shot and turn around. You could say the same about minmatar. Although they don't get the bonus. You can, but you have less overall HP, and fitting it is a challenge. If you fit 3x Shields, 2x Armor and a damp. Add in a Boundless, and you will only have 15 PG left over. You will also have no rep, 4 sec delay instead of 3, and 10 less shield recharge a second. On top of lower scan range and precision. Nope. Cal Scout does the Assault much better than the min. Silly me, I put together a proto fit with cloak this morning. When I get home this evening, I'm definitely going to be putting together one of those "scout tank" bad boys.
