You still havnt countered what i said
I assume its correct
The HAV moved out of LOS from the 2 swarms guys so no more damage and hid under something so you cant shoot it and according to you that is broken
So should we remove all cover now so you can always see it and shoot it?

You clearly miss the part where he heals up entirely in seconds flat, so all he has to do is move and he's fine. No activating modules, no watching his window of opportunity, nothing that could even remotely be misconstrued as skill on his part. Get rid of passive armor reps, bring back activated armor reps.
So they fit up a tank with a very high rep rate
Has no resistances and doesnt not rep when taking damage only inbetween
Ive tried out the tank it aint that great, any consistant damage can stall the rep rate so speed is key for survival and to kill it but also anything that hits does full damage all of the time
The tank itself is weak but very good for the hit an run but against serious AV it can be popped quite easily

They do stall
Ive seen it happen to me, after the damage is done it reps back but generally if you do more damage than it can rep back then it will get popped
This fit isnt used often, i rarely come across it and if i do its easier to pop because of no hardener

I just want activated armor repairs back. This passive crap is dumb. Granted the numbers would have to be worked out, but constant, non penalized healing is a joke no matter the fit. If nothing else they should introduce hefty stacking penalties to vehicle modules.
Blasters is different, it doesnt do enough damage quick enough
Now swarms and FG will put a dent in you generally and a few volleys of swarms can knock you down a bit and sometime you will your rep fight with the damage being dealt
More not less - Add in active as a diff mod which = a diff playstyle
