CCP Great job on the update. CCP Remnant you are the best! The Scrambler Pistols are all messed up though. Currently the only scrambler pistol you can really do well with is the burst. The cut RPM for the pistol really hurts this weapon for the assault variants making the other pistols really out perform it. Currently the Burst assault scrambler pistol is my preferred weapon now, out performing my Carthum assault scrambler. I don't know if this was intended but there was really nothing wrong with the scrambler pistols. After all it does +20% to shields and -20% to armor. Though as expected most of the Amarr sanctioned things seems thus far, with the exception of uplinks and laser rifle, are below average in relation to the other racial variants.

Problem is all Amarr weapons are really hurting. Scrambler Rifles aren't even really viable in this patch as for anything really Amarr. Then the Amarr suits are bugged to boot. I don't know who worked on the Amarr things but they completely disregarded the Amarr things all together. The new range parameters for the laser rifle is nice but I have not seen heat build up changes even with an amarr assault suit. You should switch over to the burst scrambler pistol, its the only one that performs decent.

I don't know... I started unloading on a guy with my carthum and the advanced assault scrambler pistol and they still had time to slowly figure out who was shooting them and why, then kill me. It's just frustrating they touched the amarr weapons. They were already under powered, even the Gallente Assault rifles were under powered when compared to the rail and combat rifle. I think CCP nerfed the laser weapons thinking it would help the time to kill, but the only issue with time to kill with laser weapons were damage mods, not the actual numbers they had set up, but that goes back to I just think everything that was created Amarr for this patch was not even looked at. Please CCP come up with a patch soon. Everything I have skilled into is either bugged or is not viable currently in 1.8.
