I believe that the gallente commando damage bonus is not applying on the basic suit. I did a small test in factional warfare that seemed to support this but if someone else could test it that would be great.

You should try on vehicles, look at the efficiency of your gun and the HP the vehicle lost. Be careful that if you are only level 1 in gallente commando, you get only 2% extra damage, which you may not see when the HP are rounded up
Thanks for the info. I knew something was off with my damage but I couldn't place it. I have Proto Commando and level 3 proficiency so it was most likely just my proficiency not applying.
