I don't know if it's the case in the english version, but in the french version all the proficiency skills (even the new weapons') say that the damage bonus is a flat one. I suppose it only affects the armour or shield in game like it should, but that should be tested and the skill tree should be corrected anyway |

There is a problem with myofybril stimulants, I met a minmatar scout today who was dealing 491HP per melee hit. Even with all his high slots dedicated to those modules he shouldn't reach that amount of damage. 3 myofybril stimulants with max skills=183% extra damage (75+65+ 43) 120x2.83=339.6

I had the same doubts about the minmatar commando suit, but I tested my combat rifle on enemy vehicles (not HAV), and the bonus is applying. You should try on vehicles, look at the efficiency of your gun and the HP the vehicle lost. Be careful that if you are only level 1 in gallente commando, you get only 2% extra damage, which you may not see when the HP are rounded up |

Your math is wrong. In Dust bonuses are not additive, but are multiplicative, so u have to do this instead: 110+ù1.75+ù1.65+ù1.43 = 454.20375 By the way, the base damage of the Minmatar scout is 120.
Thanks for the info. It's a weird way to calculate bonuses but that explains many things and it will help me |

Normally logis will lose that bonus, they said in the dev blog that the logi bonus shouldn't apply to cloak and if yo look at the list, the CPU/PG cost reduction for the logis is reported as a known bug |
