You were fun and all but it's time we go our separate ways as I feel we have grown apart.
I blame myself for this personal failure for I wasn't strong enough. It's not your fault it's all
on me, I failed not you. I will treasure these memories I got from the short time I spent with
you and hope you can find someone better than me to hold you and love you for time ever lasting.

dear 1.7--at least the minmitar scout didn't suck so much compared to other scouts as it will in 1.8GǪ..please balance shield extenders CCP. 60/6 cpu/pg and 33/44/66 hp are the magic numbers for proto extenders and all extenders

It'll be worse. AV Nades reduced to two per fit, damage mods beat down by the nerf hammer, and proficiency will only affect one tank style. All that and not a single buff to AV or nerf to tanks.

Well 1.7 your tank spam was not as bad as I thought back then. You were really just the gateway to the end of infantry battles.
I gave in and red line rail tanked for the first time ever in this game today. I really hope it is not what I have to do for all of 1.8 even after I have gotten my shiny new toys. |

your right so ya it'll be worse, and there is still nothing new to do but play skirmish,tankbush and domination a hundred times over again.

While I'm sure 1.8 will be nice I am reserving my judgement until it is finally here and were discovering new bugs....
1.7 has been the worst build of dust so far, at least in terms of game play balance and probably on par in terms of performance to some of the older uprising builds.
I dunno, CCP might be able to turn this game around starting tomorrow... we will see. Personally I am more interested to see how the game plays and performs. I have not read anything substantial about bug fixes and stuff like that in the patch notes but there is hope.....

It would be nice to play for a day without getting slapped down by a fatal error at least once.

I enjoyed your flying Somas while they lasted, and I have missed seeing these majestic beasts ever since CCP decided to make them go extinct...
I have loved the Combat Rifle, we have become as one, a burst fire weapon that doesn't feel stiff. Such a bond has made the trials against the evil Rail Rifles bearable...

It's a pity that the introduction of new rifles in 1.7 was completely overshadowed by poor balancing and tankbush 514. I don't know if I was more disappointed that 1.7 combat was allowed to fail for two months or that 1.8 is tankbush 2.0 (now with more variety in the cannon fodder!)
To avoid being ungrateful I want to recognize CCP for getting full racial suits into the game, but do they realize that fans have to play this game between builds? The new content of 1.8 will be overshadowed by the next FOTM and even more OP tanks.
After joining in the Beta E3 build I wasn't sure that vehicles could be done worse than free tanks for everyone, but I tip my hat to you CCP, it can always be worse, cant it?

Thank you for making tanks from a rare breed, to FOTM madness. Sure, the first week was amazing, then i realized, this is BS. Not a single death from AV. Then bomb trucks. Thank you for cheaper tanks. No thanks for making it feel cheap.
