Even with precision enhancers, you very likely wouldn't even be able to see a Scout. At best, they'd help you see other Assaults and Logis assuming they weren't running dampeners. The only scanning related modules worth anything are profile dampeners, and you need 2x Complex Dampeners in your low slots with Profile Dampening V to be unscannable by prototype scanners. That's going to change in 1.8 though. Gallente Logis will be able to scan you out even if you have Complex Damps. IMO, you should fit either 4x Shield Extenders + Damage mod or a Shield Energizer. Use your low slots for either dampeners, armor, or biotic modules like cardiac regulators/kin cats. Let me play you the song of my people!

Basically just took a scout gk.0 and put so many plates on it that it's slower than a minmatar assault. It's still fast, for the record. I am your scan error.

CR and either magsec or carthum pistol. Minmatar assault is ok if you plan on running CR. But this build I am going to run ammar assault./ minmatar scout/gallente scout/ammar heavy I had a thousand MK-0 Minmatar assault suits and now down to 135 since I am not restocking them.
