Oddly enough, it has cool artwork whereas the magsec and bolt pistol both look "mentally handicapped" , yet seem to be somewhat useful.
Cool is to uselessness as ugly is to usefullness.
This also explains the ugly gallente heavy and cool gallente medium suit.
