A new type of vehicle a medium assault vehicle. dropships can hold lots of people,but everyone can see them and shoot them down. Im proposing a land vehicle that holds the same amount of people as dropship. It would only have one small turret. Also, I've lost so many dropships to A.V.!

Objective mobbing is already a problem. Plus this would prevent organised squads from calling in multiple LAV.

What would be the point of an APC which doesn't protect the personal inside it? already got LAVs, APCs will already be pinatas for tanks without giving them soft tops :D |

360 view medium turret controlled by the driver.
6 slots for passengers, perhaps have 2 small turrets, one on each side, for a passenger to use. Passenger/gunners would be completely enclosed, as opposed to LAVs.
Medium turret would be designed as a suppression weapon. Low DPS, high area coverage. For instance, a medium missile turret with 6m splash with 115 splash damage. Used to keep an enemy pinned down while passengers disembark.
Best PVE idea I've seen.

and if youve not experienced losing dropships for long, you're lucky. much worse in 1.6

If it's made for transport, then it shouldn't have a pilot gun. Otherwise it would just be used as a light tank
