This is a forum petition directed toward Patrick 56 and his invitation to have people choose what he skills into with update 1.8.
These are (were) his choices. Albeit he did not include heavy suits; he has a particular aversion to the Amarr Scout suit. Please sign this petition to "encourage" Patrick 56 to run the Amarr Scout suit with the release of 1.8. Thank you.

minimum operational value is 4, its the number that provides the most benifit for the least compairable cost. if we are refering to the minimum amount of SP required to get the most bang for your buck that is. |
