Signed as I intent to have the Amarr light assault that can easily use a cloak AK.0 day one and he should too :3

Think about it the Amarr light assault that can easily use a cloak gets the best of both worlds the stealth and speed(ish) of a scout suit via cloak the HP of an Assault suit due to it's lows.

his fault for getting to close to the fight a real Amarr light assault that can easily use a cloak will use a LR at 80 to 90ish meters and gracefully carve the enemy like a turkey
