No one joined GTA simply to "Blue Up." GTA had, and still does have, some of the best forces in the region. For corporations looking for an alliance and straggling around, GTA was a great option. You get great EVE support and a unique capsuleer community to communicate with. There were no specifics about destroying RA when they joined. That's BS paranoia. People disliked RA beforehand, that's for sure but it wasn't no collaborative effort to pool everyone in for a massive strike. But you're right about one thing. PC isn't broken, this is a war game indeed. The Big Bad just had to be stupid about this **** and gimping themselves in the long run. They won't stand and WILL leave the game in one way or the other. Our options were either to go down swinging and to pub stomp until the donut died, OR we could join the donut, make some cash, And do some PC until the donut died (Even if we won't be doing THAT much PC) The ISK we get from being in NF should help keep the corp together. We don't like having to make this decision, but we weren't willing to let our corp die for our pride. I'm still convinced that we made the right decision. The intention was never there and besides that Tso's isn't an alliance gets into an over the top conflict. We've seen this before in the Cronos war and in the Eon war. Most of the corps in GTA weren't elite and they damn well know that. Hell, I believe a lot of them didn't even help in the battles that happened. How can that be a big blue donut intended for the assassination of RA? PD collapsed on itself, I believe, due to some internal crap nothing related to GTA but I believe it was specifically Cookie who offered them a home in GTA. If you're fed up with hearing about the game is broken from players, post just that, not uninformed rants about corps and alliances. I believe there's actually a current issue going on with PFC due to a GTA corp that didn't fight but had some of it's members ring for a GTA corp that WAS fighting, had it's district attacked and taken by Nyain San simply because of relation. Even then we didn't have a full push for them. I was there when they were talking about why they joined and how the alliance wasn't going to be a blue donut. They would've assisted the people fighting in the conflict the same way they would've assisted the others who weren't. It wasn't a complete alliance thing. That's what I'm saying. The majority of Tso's didn't go to war. I believe there's only a few PC established corps in and not all of them went to war. The big names were FA, STB, ML, etc. It's easy to think that since they're some big groups but it wasn't a matter in which all of the GTA was concern.
