Roman, there was never an organized Tso Dust front. The most they ever did to help each other was offer each other good ringer deals.

Mass Attack was done by an individual who's accomplishment does not tie into Tso.

Sota, I hear what your saying..but the situation about them talking all that smack is simular to this...when your standing outside a bar with some buddies..and a dude comes up to you and pushes you, you push him back and say wtf...and he says "I'm going to go get all my friends and were going to come back here and kick the **** out of you"...right then and there any smart man would kick the living **** out of him before he came through on his threat.
