What I care about are all these "competitive" players that post time and time again wanting "good fights," yet the majority of these same people actually run from true competition.
"Well, I want good games, but only if I never die and never lose."
Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic.
Would you like to continue playing a game where you always die, and always lose?
Because that's the direction FA was headed. Burnout, lack of districts, and lack of fieldable allies take their toll.
I'll say it again. Zatara made the right decision. |

You can try to justify these decisions all you want, but it all comes down to being pathetic and taking a video game--a video game--too seriously. "Oh, poor me, I lost in a video game." And, sorry Beers, I didn't have my nerd bible within reach to catch your reference.
Try winning sometime. It might give you perspective. |

Give me perspective on what? What perspective do I need in a video game? I need to win at a video game in order to understand true competition? Selling out? Loyalty? Being a nerd? Please enlighten me oh wise man and spread the word of perspective. Seriously, I want you to teach me something.
A group is made up of people. People within that group will have different interests and things that make them happy. Certain interests are guaranteed to make the majority of them happy.
In a competitive group, winning a lot is one of them. Active competition is another. Losing a lot is not one of them. When active competition is no longer possible due to reasons outside of their control, you are left with the options of winning a lot or losing a lot.
Take a guess which option FA just picked. |
