That is insane and uncalled for. Instead of making the Scrambler.Pistol crap because the Flaylock is crap and the Ion Pistol is crap, how about just making those weapons better? Agreed, i'm already sad now that my shotgun proficiency is changing but if the scrambler pistol gets nerfed i don't know what i'll do. *Assassination is my thing.*

I find it very usefull In fact it is the only sidearm that can actually hit AROUND corners.. with the reload speed maxed out the clip size doesnt even matter. It can't kill most advanced assaults at full health. The Militia Srambler Pistol and Militia SMG can kill any suit reliably, without any skills.
