I can understand if they reduced their damage by 5% or 7%, but almost halving their ROF!
That is insane and uncalled for.
Instead of making the Scrambler.Pistol crap because the Flaylock is crap and the Ion Pistol is crap, how about just making those weapons better?
Seriously CCP the Scrambler Pistol is the most balanced weapon in the game. Don't do this.

The point being, I doubt the ROF nerf is really an issue, and if it is, it ain't weapon-breaking.
I usually over sample and have to control my shots. This ROF nerf is dumb and was only employed because the other pistols suck.

It can't kill most advanced assaults at full health. The Militia Srambler Pistol and Militia SMG can kill any suit reliably, without any skills.
I've had a few lucky games with Flaylocks, but they're not good against players of equal skill level.

I suppose I should try to use them up asap, because I'll be damned if I'm going to miss out on using my Cala's for the SP event >=D
CCP didn't include the Assault Scrambler Pistol in their new sidearms chart. This means that they may be getting rid of them.

It's not that hard to hit the Cap. I played COD before Dust and most of the pistols had higher ROF's and I still hit above them.

I like all the Gallante things except for: the Active Scanner (terrible), Ion Pistol (weapon I dislike the most out of any in the game).
I guess I will just have to wait for the Gallante SMG, so I can finally have a suitable sidearm. This sucks.
