Am I the only one who keeps on seeing the similarity between the Caldari and Minmatar scouts?
It's really nagging at me now....

I really don't see too much similarity between the two. The Caldari version is utilitarian but more designed than the Minmatar.

Both races practice a minimalist policy, the caldari out of the need to be as profitable as possible and the minmatar because they are very strapped for resources.
