Is simple, just nerf the DMG prevention modules. The CPU/PG can be increased, the time it lasts can be lowered but mainly i would reduce the DMG% redcution, 60% DMG reduction for militia level is way OP (it increases by skilling). |

i think they should nerf ground speeds and range of the blaster and buff av and make them more expensive so people are scared to loose them
also replace the word" tank" with "gigantic ***** " <--another word for cats nerfing them socially would be great

Now ... you just show me where that NASTY TANK touched you and I will make sure that , it get just what's coming to it .

CCP/Shanghai changed them to what we have today. This is probably because what we have is what they wanted. I would have little hope for you getting to make the decisions going forward because apparently you are looking backwards.
As far as your social nerfing you seem to have that position locked.

That is how they used to be. They are now different. Specifically they are how CCP/Shanghai wants them to be and in general it was against the wishes of many tankers. And there have been a hundred posts or more stating this exact position. Mostly by AV wanna be tank killers that insist on shooting militia swarms until their freaking hive runs out. Most rarely notice that a Soma (armor tank) will loose very little armor, if any, and the shields are back up each time they reload.
Dusters are still very bad at math it would appear.
If you are still reading then check out the modules for tanks. All modules work the same way. Each does a specific function and the active ones (that must be turned on) varies from militia to Proto based on Cost/CPU/PG usage and time of cool down. Active time doesn't vary nor does the value the module is tweaking in any vehicle module. This might make one believe that CCP/Shanghai thought this level of consistency was important. Is does accomplish something they wanted, which is tanks have to pull back and wait for their modules to cool down.
FYI, I much preferred the older tanks. More work, more money and fewer New Berries fumbling around messing up the battlefield. But that is just me. Your mileage will vary.

Disagree. CCP just shouldn't have removed the difference between militia and proto mods other than recharge times. Also teu should not have removed the limit restriction of having only one active module type per fitting so you couldn't have 2 hardeners or 2 boosters and so forth.

Already verifyed the name of the modules, this "hardeners" (that dont increase % by lvl my bad, they reduce cooldown) can be seen as an important problem when you see tankers stacking them. Judge Radamntis has made good videos and explanations about this problem.
