The promotional picture with the weapons and dropsuits on it clearly says "Amarr 'Templar' Scrambler Rifle. Even if you look at the item listing it clearly states Amarr "Templar" Scrambler Rifle. Only place I see Assault is for the Amarr Assault Dropsuit.

If the seller's post and yours made it clear he intended that you would get a BPO Assault ScR and you for some reason believed him, well that's a scam by misrepresentation and that's not allowed in the Code Bazaar. I'm pretty sure that what is meant by "Amarr Scrambler Assault Rifle" is merely a specification that the scrambler rifle is a type of assault rifle, not a reference to the assault variant. The assault rifle, scrambler rifle, combat rifle are all assault rifles. I can see how it could be confusing though.
