Yup, totally underpowered.
Funnily enough Caldari are the only race without any underpowered weapons.
Shield regeneration bonus for Gallente Assault is about as useful as Sharpshooter for Nova Knives.

Sniper rifle is effective when it works, hit detection issues plague it, that is all.
No it's not going to be as effective as a CQC rifle, the safety of range means that if it packed more punch, it would break risk vs reward.
Swarm launcher is, again, broken mechanically.
You should watch Judge's videos, they basically don't do full damage.

Forge is the ultimate AV infantry weapon, with the addition of being able to kill infantry.
It's an anti material weapon really, it destroyes everything.

It's an anti material weapon really, it destroyes everything. It needs its charge and radius back, assault drkpships need 20% resistance to it or 10%, and python needs less movement taken from it and swamrs

It should take skill to take out infantry with it.
It's a one shot kill weapon with 300m range.
Such things should be difficult to use.
