DUST Search - question on 1.8 respec

Thats not a real choice...i am guessing with no vehicle changes since 1.7, not even a patch to reduce them 1.8 is gonna be the final nail in my coffin that drives me away from this game.

I cant even muster the 5 minutes anymore to log onto Dust to get my free 6k sp each day and i start to forget to login to my 4 Eve accounts to que 20 day long skills for weeks.

If 1.8 is that nail, Rip me and 4 Payed Eve accounts, add to that 3 people with each 4 Eve accounts and thats 16 subscriptions they are gonna loose out on.

Ill be fine and dandy pwning Titans in titanfall meanwhile on PC, next up Diablo 3 expansion on the 25 the and Everquest Next on the 26 the while not forgetting The Elder Scrolls Online in a few.

Vehicle users got all their points back because literally every single vehicle skill was changed, the entire skill tree was restructed and every mechanic was altered, every weapon modified. infantry are getting their skill points back in 1.8 not becuase of mechanics changes but becuase of racial parity. so if you always wanted to be a minmatar heavy but were forced to be an amaar heavy because it was the only choice, or went into another suit because you diddnt want to be amaar now you have the oportunity to skill into what you would have if the option was available. THATS why theres a dropsuit command reund, and thats the ONLY reason. if you were happy with what suits you have now then your supposed to be putting the points right back into them, it wasnt meant to benifit you. if THIS is the reason you quit the game then you would of quit the game anyways and nothing 1.8 could bring would of made you stay.

Well said. If the Merc wasn't logging in to get the 6K and wasn't bothering with Dust he has effectively quit. Time to say, buh bye. its not even a terribly bad thing at this point, most of us have been playing for a LONG time, and things grow stale. its a free game, and people shouldnt feel guilty for putting the controller down for months at a time to do other things.
