Of course you can fit it like a scout, but let's be real, the Amarr Scout is a light assault, imagine yourself decloaking with a Carthum ScR, damage mods, armor tanked, a repper, and a range amp.
If done right, the Amarr "Scout" will be feared on the battlefield because it will basically be a cloaked/dampened assault that can hit as hard as an assault as well.
I could list the ways how we Amarr are better than you, but your lesser mind wouldn't comprehend it.

The Amarr Scout is just a second Assault suit.
I'm going to add an Enhanced cardiac regulator, reactive plates, precision enhancer. I'm going to use the AR and bolt pistol/scrambler pistol.
It's going to be sweet.

Exactly! If they wanted Amarr scouts to scout they would have given them a scout like bonus(e-war). However they did not which is quite telling if you ask me

I'm sure there will be some crazy fits that could be had - but overall I think the Amarr scout is supposed to be more 'spec ops' or some such than full on mystical ninja. I think the bonuses could use some work, but I get the feeling it's more for moving with the squad then running to flank once the enemy has been engaged.
The others feel kinda more capable of solo work - capping/defending isolated points, hunting - that sort of thing.
