Greetings friends.
So, soon time to make a new suit, and I would like some tips from you guys knowing all the numbers behind skills and so on. I am generally playing as a Heavy. I have a Logi Proto too, but I do best as heavy and it-¦s just my style, thats it, and I like it!
This is what I have to play with (geting SP from respec):
*Amarr Sentinel Adv lvl:3 A/1 *Amarr Logi Proto lvl: 5 (this I want to skip points from, down to adv.)
I would think this gives me 4,5-5 million SP And I have 4,5 million SP saved aswell
Total say 10 million to spend.
What I have skilled into, if I remember all right:
Dropsuit upgrades: *Core Electronics : 3 (but I have no skills in Presision Enhanc., Dampening or Range Amp... Maybe I should now?) *Core Engineering: 3 *Armor Plating: 5 *Armor Repair: 3 *Shield Ext: 5 *Shield Recharge: 3
*Complex Heavy Damage Mod: 5
Weaponry: ( I will not list the other weapon skills I have, just the Heavy-stuff I have so you know what I have) *HMG Proto : 5, Proficiency :4
*Sidearm: Adv: 3 SMG: 3 Sharpshooter : 3
*Explosives: Adv :3 Grenadier: 3
My thoughts when I buid this was raw power with lots of Armor & Shield and killing damage. Speed has never been important, and not the rapid reload or Ammo capacity- never come in need to speed these up, planning and cover is the key.
MY playstyle is usually SOLO trying to follow some Logi when I squad up in public games, but lets say SOLO because I don-¦t have a standard logi following me (which I would prefer..hehe)
So my fellow Heavy-pro-¦s out there: what suit should I have and which skills to have and how to fill my Low & High slots on the suit?
Any suggestions are welcome!
Ps: Are you looking for a quite good and lojal Heavy, pls message me. //Deathhaed |

a Heavy isa squad based creature and does need ample ammounts of Logi love
Sentinel Role Bonus: +5% damage resistance to splash damage per level.
Caldari Sentinel Bonus: GÇó3% shield resistance to hybrid - blaster weapons per level. GÇó2% shield resistance to laser weapons per level.
Gallente Sentinel Bonus: GÇó3% armor resistance to hybrid - railgun weapons per level. GÇó2% armor resistance to projectile weapons per level.
Minmatar Sentinel Bonus: GÇó3% shield resistance to laser weapons per level. GÇó2% armor resistance to hybrid - blaster weapons per level.
Amarr Sentinel Bonus: GÇó3% armor resistance to projectile weapons per level. GÇó2% shield resistance to hybrid - railgun weapons per level.
Here are the new skill bonus for each Heavy and keep in mind the Heavy frame it self will carry none of these resistance bonuses
All comes down to which weapon damage type you hate the most and spec into the dropsuit that will give you that damage resistance buff. If you hate the railrifle like a good chunk of the player base, I suggest you spend you skill points on Gallente or Amarr heavy hate getting killed by Shotguns go Caldari or Minmatar
Each Heavy has their Pros and Cons, you havea few more days so think carefully which heavy you want to use based on this info because everybody else is looking at this and will be using it to their best ability to take down these heavys quickly
Either way, enjoy the 25% resistance to splash damage from Locus and Flux grenades |
