I have secret OP fit I'm gonna run with it in 1.8, and i don't want you all to make the amarr scout OP with ridiculous bonuses. No offense intended,but the only buff it needs is a 10% bonus to regen and 5% to max Kills-Archduke Ferdinand Balance!

(admittedly, they are way better with the Minmatar but I don't think it's quite the same situation as what you are suggesting). As much as I want better ROF on the scrambler pistol, I'd prefer that CCP not go about it this way. Double posting like a Kaiser.

Here is why: Mods to increase precision and scan range? 2 Mods to increase stamina and stamina regen? 1 Therefor, they are more or less combined into ONE bonus. While there is no better place to be wealthy than the Gallente Federation, there is no hell worse for the poor either.

Since the Amarr scout has a built in speed capability then it is free to use other mods. Armor plates can be part of that in keeping with Amarr combat philosophy. Think about it. As much as I want better ROF on the scrambler pistol, I'd prefer that CCP not go about it this way. Agreed, it is different for the NK's because they have literally no range. There is no whipping out from behind a corner and hosing someone down with with a NK. There's also no crazy headshot multiplier for the NK's. Pistol users will just have to adapt to the new RoF and get used to not being able to hip-fire spam R1 to get easy headshots with the TT3.
