Oh my *** GOD you people are crying **** babies. If your weapon is armor-based, get a shield-based sidearm. Visa versa. Stop thinking with your dicks and use your heads. I've spent most of my waking life playing video games. Don't think your SP being higher than my 17M makes you better >:)

You won't be any more UP than any of the other weapons. Even the ones not recieving a direct nerf. The only thing I agree will be OP in 1.8 is the HMG. I've spent most of my waking life playing video games. Don't think your SP being higher than my 17M makes you better >:)

You don't seem to know what you're talking about if you think every weapon is getting nerfed except for 3. The only weapons being nerfed (some more than others) are the racial assault rifles (AR, CR, RR, SCR), the SMG, and scrambler pistol (stealth nerf to ROF). I don't really understand why you felt this all caps yelling thread was necessary, its not like the forums are flooded with complaints about the rifle nerfs. A weapon sucking and a weapon being on the list of things not being nerfed aren't mutually exclusive, so I don't see why you would say "it doesn't really count". By your own weird logic, the flaylock pistol should have also been omitted since it sucks even more than the plasma cannon and swarm launcher. Once again, there actually isn't widespread whining and rage about the nerfs. Your thread is much more extreme than any complaint on the subject of the nerfs I've seen on the forums. EDIT: Furthermore, the nerfs aren't about balance, they're more about just lowering TTK. They actually unbalance the rifles compared to each other. I also have never been able to two shot anything but scouts with charged shots. I'm not crying, I already have accepted the changes to the weapon, all I am telling you is the ScR is not, will not be post build an OP weapon. I does what it is designed to do well, beyond that it suffers against the newer automatic rifles. As for rage or tears.... I dont have that. Get someone defensive enough and they'll just double-down on their current position. I like to think the current pre-1.8 complaints are practice for when people get serious with their Forum Metagame. I can't speak on the SMG but I'm pretty sure it's range limitations were also disregarded when it was nerfed. Balance does not mean nerf everything. Balance is a proper adjustment of both scales. If something needs to be buffed but you want to raise TTK then you either leave it alone and nerf everything else around it or you nerf it by so much less that it's put onto par with other weapons. Blanket nerf with dimpling is not a solution. 68 inches above sea level...

So your solution to all of the "QQ'ing" on the forums is to QQ about it? yeah that makes sense. While there is no better place to be wealthy than the Gallente Federation, there is no hell worse for the poor either.

Am I the only person who is extremely curious as to what word was in between crying and babies? I think it's the "c" word, but I'm hoping it's the f bomb, because it reads funnier. AV will be ** (except Plasma Cannon. That's staying **** but even more so because of prof skills). I think Combat Rifle might still be a bit OP because of its efficiency stats, but I'll have to see it for myself first. Knives are still going to be awesome, at least. Shotty change makes me sad. Vehicles are not changing at all (still OP). Ion Pistol will be similar to Amarr tech, but be Gallente. WTF. Caldari SMG will probably be too powerful at first. Balance is nonexistent within CCP compound.
