forgot swarm launcher, plasma cannon, HMG, forge gun, sniper rifle, shotgun (though could be argued the proficiency ROF bonus change is a nerf). You don't seem to know what you're talking about if you think every weapon is getting nerfed except for 3. The only weapons being nerfed (some more than others) are the racial assault rifles (AR, CR, RR, SCR), the SMG, and scrambler pistol (stealth nerf to ROF).
I don't really understand why you felt this all caps yelling thread was necessary, its not like the forums are flooded with complaints about the rifle nerfs.

PC and SL don't really count because they suck anyway. I added HMG and FG when you weren't looking. And yes I did forget the sniper rifle. Get over it. I still understand the concepts. Because I'm sick and tired of seeing the crying bullshit. "wah my scrambler rifle, wah my scrambler pistol, wah my rail rifle, wah my combat rifle, wah, wah, WAH!"

A weapon sucking and a weapon being on the list of things not being nerfed aren't mutually exclusive, so I don't see why you would say "it doesn't really count". By your own weird logic, the flaylock pistol should have also been omitted since it sucks even more than the plasma cannon and swarm launcher.
Once again, there actually isn't widespread whining and rage about the nerfs. Your thread is much more extreme than any complaint on the subject of the nerfs I've seen on the forums.
EDIT: Furthermore, the nerfs aren't about balance, they're more about just lowering TTK. They actually unbalance the rifles compared to each other. The useless tactical assault rifle got nerfed harder than the scrambler rifle for example. More details here.
