If you weren't in 0.H you wouldn't know that I'm versatile knowledgeable and have intuition.
I say it comes down to Zatara, Kujo and I. In chrome it was Kujo for sure. Zat was a scrub and i was a scout in an assaults world. Uprising 1.0-1.2 Me. No one could touch me with ****** hit detection and weak ARs. Uprising 1.3-1.6 Zatara. Consistently did good against all competition while me and Kujo filled the bottom of the leader boards consistently in our PC's. Uprising 1.7 Its truly a toss up Zatara and Kujo and I each fulfill our roles while taking down opponents in our way. I've witnessed Z and Kujo put up outstanding scores and i have seen them flounder so really i don't know if any of us are better then the other. |

I do literally have everything at this point except a rep tool, and a few guns here or there [more long ranged weapons - Laser Rifle, SCR]. There is a few others I am not specced into though, I don't have a variety of weapons, just what I need to be competitive and give some the PC players a break on alt roles.
It's nice to be versatile, that's for sure :)

All I know is the first time I ever saw you in game was the green mushroom map and you had 16 people ALL shooting at you while you ran through and around them knifing one after the other, I think you got 2 or 3. You and your dinky little blue suit.
But, the most amazing thing about that experience was; you escaped. It was incredible lol

i used to be a great ceo who built a great corp and was a slayer but all that came to an end once someone went into my amarr stash socket bag and stole all of my mojo only leaving me an empty condom wrapper to hint out how i got fuc*ed..

I remember your clone running around like usain bolt radar. We could not hit you. So, Orin, discord and a bunch of the rest of us ganged up on you with remote explosives.

In my opinion the best CEO player is Cubs. He pushes you to do things you didn't think you could do. He only expects the best and forces you to bring it out. Every since I met Cubs years ago I have respected him as a worthy opponent. now a worthy friend, and somebody I would gladly fight along side no matter rather I agree with them or not.
Morons can't tell but Cubs loves this pathetic community (not sure why) he fought to keep it alive although fools can blindly argue otherwise with no real knowledge of what they are talking about. Sure Cubs yells, sure he's tough while things are going sour but it is that kind of leadership that is needed to truly push yourself to that immortality. Weak people fold and whine when being challenged. I would not trade Cubs for a single CEO out there. He's never had to cheat to win nor did he want to.
Other CEOs quit on you, they steal from you, they make up excuses, whatever the case Cubs resolve stays strong even through rough times. |

I'm not sure what criteria you'd have to meet for this debate but the person I'm speaking of is still a CEO non the less.
I know he hasn't been on in a while but I'd like throw LHughes into this . No disrespect intended to any of the above they are all great players and worthy of a place on the leader board but bar Mr Machine Guns I have played against all of the above and non of them struck fear into me like LHughes . The geezer is a one man army !!! |

As far as player skills go, the only real difference between Kujo, Zatara, and Radar is that I cannot recall ever seeing Kujo go negative.
Especially back to back.
With that being said, I've never seen any of these guys run solo without anyone to back them up. So, individual game is completely unknown.
As far as CEO quality: Both Radar and Kujo abuse their corpmates from time to time, Radar and Zatara like to scream in game, and both Kujo and Radar have slacked in terms of going on hiatus to play other games. I don't really know Zatara, he seems like a troll, so he's a complete wild card.
Kujo has a very impressive mind for business and I respected him until about a week ago. Social game? None. He is loyal to those who are disloyal to him and his corporation. Perfect example of a bad parent who allows his out of control children to run around like chickens with their heads cut off.
The best CEO in this game is Lightning XVX. He has an amazing individual game, an all-time KDR of 5.26 as a scout and a win loss ratio of 3.66. He doesn't need either corpmates or teammates to carry him.
Lightning is respectful and loyal, takes the time to work with everyone, and has a positive attitude. There is an inner circle and no one is excluded. He has respect and accomplishes things without using manipulative and/or unethical tactics and I'm pretty sure he hasn't stolen any corp wallets or members to get where he is today.

I can only say based on the guys I've played against.
Kujo was terrible...then again he was flying an ADS, I don't think it was his regular job.
Radar was amazballs.
Lightning was a beast.
Anyone that rages is terrible. It's like they really want you to know they played the hell out of COD.
There are quite a lot of slayer CEOs.
We can pickle that.
