Many of these you can argue but you can't argue the fact that Minmitar heavies gonna suck, Caldari assault is gonna suck and Amarr Light Assault isn't a scout suit.
I'm curious on how people scale assault suits. What makes cal worst out of the four? Yes please by all means tell us how the CalAss is worse then the GalAss or god forbid the MinAss. Edit: Guess he beat me to posting, I'm just gonna go out on a limb and say you've never used the GalAss with an AR. The skill bonuses for both GalAss and CalAss bonuses in 1.8 are terrible when compared to the other Assaults but come on... The Bonus somehow makes the suit super UP? Are the stats lackluster? Absolutely as are most the Assault stats. However A CalAss with a RR will always beat out GalAss with an AR; especially since they will both have to dual tank with nerfed damage mods and a lack of a viable high slot replacement. This would work much better on a GalLogi don't you think? Not to mention I have that much HP on my suit right now although with much less HP regen.
Yeah, I always fun either a scanner or a nanohive, but in 1.8 this is very likely to change seeing how much the scanner is gonna suck.
Edit: also, I will still get the assault bonus, and I don't find the bonus to my duvolle very good, I can already spray from stupid far away.
