It's going to be best assault heavy. But but the Amarr and Gal get 15% dmg reduction from projectile weapons. The only way to negate that is prof 5 HMG and that's just for armor. Still have 500 + shields to get through with -20% dmg reduction before you get to deal decent dmg.

Let me get behind cover for one second and come back with full shields 10 seconds later while you just hit the 120 armor mark.

I have complete faith in my tech just not with a HMG cqc.

A loyalist sees the faults in what they're using but uses them anyway because of the loyalty they feel. Are you not going to run an Amarr scout despite the fact it has a pretty useless bonus?
