I think this is a pretty sweet build. So tight on PG but lots of CPU to spare. That's good for those "scout" mods that have 0 PG.

I really only run basic or proto suits, so here's an inclusion of my A-1 Scout. . . still don't know if I'm going to skill into it. Debating Amarr Scout or Gallente Logistics. I love the 4 EQ on the Logi, and it will still be an OP suit until/unless they reduce the number of slots it has, but at the same time it would be awesome to have all 4 scouts at level 5
