So i recently got into tanking so much i made my own character for it and i must say its harder than it looks, i used all of my starting sp on vehicle and hav command and noticing that theirs only 4 different tanks in the game.
so it would be amazing if you give me tips and answer these question i have.
Is it worth running milita tanks ?
Which is better out taking out an other tank a rail or rocket ?
what is the best combo of modules to use when you have an tank built for fighting other tanks ?
Can every one else in your tank see your spots if you are using a scanner?

Join FW with rail gun tank, kill all the turrets and re-call tank before it gets destroyed.
Seriously, rail gun + hardeners and you should be good. |

You will have an long road ahead of you. Milita Tanks are an good start and dont cost too much but beware of the Rail tanks that will come for you. You have to decide if you want shield or Amour and work in that area and try to finish it If you spread your self thin on skills you are only making it longer to really improve your tank. Also think what you really want to do Tank Hunt or Infantry. Rail is at the moment the Best Tank Killer as of now Missile are good but you must get close or surprise the other tank. Blaster is good for ppl killing and can hold up to rail to an point in an close quarter battle but if there is some distance you are dead . Best to try and out flank them due to their slow turret.

Missiles is where the fun is at. But you also need to learn to play them right.
Being on the move at all times is your best friend, so only the shield tank will let you weave through a socket with relative ease. Being mobile allows you to catch other tanks that are steaming towards your last known location, except that you're now right behind them ready to unleash a full volley of missiles.
Stay alert, and seriously, look both ways after exiting a compound or making a turn. Also use your hull to aid you in looking from side to side by making rapid turns in conjunction with turning your turret.
The key to missiles is to surprise your opponent. Do things right and you might even be able to wait out their hardener before making your move. Right when they think they are most safe is when they are most vulnerable to a stalking missile tank.

Unfortunately a sica with nothing but militia mods can easily anti tank the average tanker because the average tanker is another militia or barely speced tanker. Just slap a shield and armor hardener with a plating and damage modded rail and now you can kill a gunnlogi particle cannon. But for a normal tank you want atleast one damage mod and hardener, heather you have 2 of either is based on how you will use that tank.

Sica MLT Railgun MLT Fuel Injector MLT Scanner MLT Armor Plate MLT Armor Rep
Activate the Scanner and then hunt for infantry. Once you see an infantry in the open, active the Fuel Injector and run that little ****** over like the piece of roadkill he is. Use the Rail Gun to fend off other tanks. Repper and Plate for added survivability.
I once got 12 road kills in a match doing this. Great fun.
Although sometimes they don't go down in one pass, sometimes you gotta ram them twice to kill them. Pinning them against a wall or some other structure will always kill them however, no matter how fast you're going.

MLT TANK no skill Low cost build to try 2 Heavy MLT rep MLT Fuel Injector MLT Damage Mod
Tactic always on the move. never stand still or make a frontal assault when face with rail gun Tank run circle around it while you gun on them with their slow turret turn speed they will miss alot of hit while you rep your damage try to launch attack when enemy hardener is on cool down. that mean some time you have to stalk them And lastly Fuel Injector is your best friend it will get you out of lot of bad situation

Yeah the average tank would rip through that. Without a hardener for the type of hp the vehicle tanks in its a goner in the long run. Gunnlogis need atleast 1 hardener and madrugars are the same. Only difference is if you can fit it a double rep and hardener madrugar can stay on the battlefield almost forever, especially with a fuel injector. That fit is the deadliest blaster madrugar fit there is because it can both anti tank and anti infantry.

Step 1.) Acquire Tank: Fit it with A hardener and damage mod. Rail is preferred.
Step 2.) Deploy Tank at the start of battle.
Step 3.) ?
Step 4.) Profit.

For the record, I hear that 2x complex reps/1x complex hardener (these being at max skills).
Gives sufficient passive rep to absorb infantry AV for days, and the hardener gives sufficient buffer in conjunction with the dual reps.
(Although this is hearsay; I run Gunnlogi)
Real men do it with missiles.
