I'm well aware getting along is difficult when opinions differ, but some of you guys seriously need to move away from a keyboard until you learn how to interact with other human beings. I've been observing these forums for a good amount of time, and the insults and whining leads to unconstructive banter that accomplishes nothing other than pissing people off and wasting time.

So please hear me out for a minute and don't reject what I say too quickly. If you do anyway, only reply if it's not hateful, unconstructive, etc.. I hope I don't have to repeat that...

CCP haters
Make 50,000+ people happy. Go ahead. Do it. You can't, huh? So stop expecting them to. You cannot please so many unique individuals simultaneously. Being angry and making them look like idiots doesn't help. They're working very hard and making decisions they think are best for the largest majority, regardless of whether or not they're right. Some aspects of the game were obviously a bad decision, sure, but they can't magically predict how players will exploit/overuse things. Basically, cut them some slack.

The "tear harvesters"
You people should not have the privilege of a keyboard. When someone states something is OP/unfair, the least useful thing to do is to pelt them with insults and make metaphors of relishing their suffering. Going into threads and saying "such delicious tears" etc., I would personally label bullying. Even when you think they're wrong, being a complete douchebag doesn't solve anything. Look at things from other people's point of view. This game isn't completely composed of experienced players, so instead of being mean-spirited, try explaining your point of view without insulting them or their skill. When you say "go play COD", that is also the opposite of helpful. Dust is very unique, and myself and many others play it for it's qualities, while admitting some things could be better. This doesn't mean people should go and play another game just because they don't like a few parts of it. So, stop being mean just because you disagree with someone or you think of yourself higher than others. I enjoy hearing other people's ideas and questions whether I agree or not, until a stampede of hateful people swat down any ideas that they disagree with.

"Can't we all just get along?", I ask. The answer is yes, but it will take effort and willingness. Unfortunately, those are avoided for some reason. I'm only asking for people not resort to hating or bashing someone because of a different playing experience or way of looking at things.

Telling forums that they are out of whack is like telling oil executives about an environmental concern.....they're just not going to care. Even if I may agree with you, the attempt of the matter is so futile that it's more so a cry for attention. Deep down, sometime, you were ignored.
