I think they should. This way, I can treat cloaked scouts like how I treat lone objectives--by spamming grenades to ensure that possible threats are taken care of.

Maybe they should force the cloaked scout to decloak for like, 5 seconds, as they are "temporarily overwhelmed"
Sees prototompers...
Sees blueberries start to snipe...
Pulls out commando suit with laser rifle and swarm launcher...

I professionally run scout and plan to run cloak but grenades can't be resupplied by nanohives and we only get 2, besides it's not like a smart scout won't move around...
I agree it should uncloak the scout and require a few seconds until it can be reapplied, same with being hit with bullets it should uncloak us or do extra damage while we are cloaked... I just want it balanced for fear of the mega nerf hammer.
Because cloaking will drag scouts down into the pool of hopeless weapons and suits along with it if they are abused.

Well, whenever a cloaked suit gets hit it has that blue visual effect, according to the dev blog, so while it won't decloak it'll already let you know wher thy are clear as day.
I am part shovel, part man, full scout, and a little bit special.

I know but still... It only makes sense I mean that's it's job... It's an EMP type weapon...

Problem always is, you cant nerf peoples eyes. Or buff them. As it is they will be fair. People will ***** and moan and complain about it. But the thing with the cloaking is that it gives the scout a definitive advantage over some suits. So there will be tears. Make no mistake people will say it is unfair. But then, we have always operated in stealth before. But sometimes our traps rely on being spotted, and sometimes we disappear from a target, to not be seen until they step on a hidden re.
There isnt anything they can do to really nerf it as it is. Its going to be a pain to fit until you have the proper specs for it.

This is exactly why CCP should have put a cap on grenade replacement rate, say +1 grenade every 15 seconds. The route they chose, to limit # carried and to nerf nanite clusters in nanohives kinda misses the gameplay point of it all. Plus it hurts the triage and ammo resupply parts of the game.
